Joan is responsible for client development and management in the area of health and welfare benefit plan design, implementation and communication, with her main focus being small to mid size employers.

Joan has extensive experience in the area of employee benefits and has worked in the benefits industry since 1980.  She is licensed in Pennsylvania for the sale of life, accident and health insurance products.  Prior to joining Howell, she was an account executive for Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania and received her Certified Health Consultant (CHC) professional designation.
