Maureen is responsible for benefits administration, human resource management system (HRMS) implementation, technology applications, and financial cost analyses.

Maureen began her career in 1977 working for a national insurance carrier and, prior to joining Howell’s professional staff, she spent seven years as an HR Director for a multi-state employer.

Maureen’s areas of expertise include human resources, accounting, and information technology. She is a trained and certified implementation specialist for HRBenefitsSOLUTION, an ADP Human Resource Management System.
