PROFILE	Paul is responsible for client development for Howell’s Central Pennsylvania location and specializes in providing health and welfare benefit plans and business technology solutions. He has been an employee benefits consultant since 1988 and has experience designing benefit plans for Fortune 500 companies, privately owned businesses and not-for-profit organizations. He is licensed in Pennsylvania for the sale of life, accident and health insurance products. Paul began his benefit career in 1988 for Coventry/Health America. Paul is an active member of the Board of Lancaster County Business Group on Health and serves as an ex officio board member of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
